Overview

Partner Hub is a platform that allows third-party lenders (Partners) to manage the credit origination process end-to-end. Partners can create and submit applications, track progress through underwriting and document review, and finalize agreements by signing contracts.

Role & Duration

Product Design & UX Strategy, leading the project for several months as part of the Partner Hub initiative.

Solution

Partner Hub centralizes the credit origination journey, giving Partners a structured workflow from application intake to contract signing. It reduces operational complexity and enables Partners to leverage company’s infrastructure without building their own systems from scratch.

Key Feature: Webhooks

Webhooks extend Partner Hub by providing real-time event notifications for critical milestones, such as:

• New application submission

• Document requests

• Contract ready to sign

This feature enables Partners to integrate seamlessly with their own systems and it’s the starting point for a white-label credit origination experience.
